How do I register as a commercial delegate?

Your badge will give you access to the exhibition and conference programme, excluding pharma-sponsored sessions.

Why do I need to provide my regulatory body membership number?

Diabetes Professional Care is free to attend for registered healthcare professionals, allied healthcare professionals, and Other Relevant Decision Makers (ORDMs) working for the NHS or in a private healthcare setting, in order to comply with the ABPI Code of Practice.

We can ask for your membership number to help us verify that you are a registered healthcare professional. If you do not provide this, your registration may be rejected.

These steps ensure that we comply to the ABPI Code of Practice, which covers the promotion of medicines for prescribing to both registered healthcare professionals and Other Relevant Decision Makers (ORDMs).

I am on the waiting list for a pass, what happens now?

If you have received an email telling you that you are on the waiting list, your pass is not confirmed. We will contact you via the email address you used to register to confirm your pass should one become available.

Diabetes Professional Care is the UK's leading event for the multi-disciplinary diabetes team, and we are dedicated to bringing together professionals from all roles within the community to collaborate. As complimentary passes for the event are limited, there is a set maximum capacity of attendance for each role in the multi-disciplinary team. This is to ensure that every role is represented and that we can accommodate as many attendees as possible. Passes are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we strongly recommend registering as soon as possible to secure your pass. If we have already reached the maximum number of registrations for your role, you will be added to a waiting list and we will contact you if a pass becomes available.

If you find you can no longer attend on either 15 or 16 October, no problem! Please inform us by emailing dpcenquiries@closerstillmedia.com so we can remove you from the waiting list.
