DIABETES PROFESSIONAL CARE IS SUPPORTED BY THE PHARMACEUTICAL AND MED TECH INDUSTRIES VIA GRANTS, SPONSORSHIP, AND EXHIBITION PACKAGES. SESSIONS DELIVERED WITH INPUT FROM OUR SUPPORTERS WILL ALWAYS BE MARKED ON THE PROGRAMME.

Entrance to Diabetes Professional Care is restricted to registered healthcare professionals, allied healthcare professionals, and Other Relevant Decision Makers (ORDMs) working for the NHS or in a private healthcare setting.

Pharmaceutical companies exhibit at Diabetes Professional Care. ABPI rules dictate that non-healthcare professionals should not be exposed to marketing or prescribing information from pharmaceutical companies.

  • Entry to the show is free for registered healthcare professionals – healthcare professional registrations not registered with a professional regulatory body will be reviewed before approval
  • All registrations are subject to vetting and the organisers reserve the right to reject or refuse any registration it considers doesn't meet the entry requirements for any individuals not deemed to be relevant industry professionals
  • To ensure that every role is represented, there is a set maximum capacity of attendance for each role in the multi-disciplinary team. Passes are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If we have already reached the maximum number of registrations for your role, you will be added to a waiting list and we will contact you if a pass becomes available
  • We regret that are unable to admit children to the event, with the exception of babes in arms, please contact the team if you have any questions or concerns
  • We recommend you bring NHS ID or a business card if you do not register prior to the event
  • Manufacturers and Service providers are allowed to attend and must purchase a commercial pass, priced at £550 + VAT per person
  • By attending, visitors agree not to take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour, or any activity which may disrupt the event. Failure to adhere to this could result in being asked to leave the event
  • It is a requirement of entry that all visitors will register in their own name and display a valid visitor badge. Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Any failure to do this is likely to lead to the badge holder and the person wearing the badge being removed from the event
  • Please note that official photographers will be present at the conference, the exhibition and at the social events filming videos, lectures and taking photographs. By attending the event, visitors consent to such filming and photography and Diabetes Professional Care is entitled to use all videos and photographs of visitors, for marketing and promotional purposes in all or any media, without compensation or liability
