As we move forward with integrated care systems, our focus this year has been to build a programme that brings together the entire diabetes team, with the patient at the heart.

Working with our Steering Committee, which includes representation from NHS England, UKCPA, GoggleDocs, DSN Forum, DISN, ABCD, DTN UK and PCCS, as well as individual members, the programme will bring together the integrated care team for practical, applicable learning across 6 different theatres. Look out for sessions on guidelines, technology and devices, multimorbidity, footcare, retinopathy, oral health, and mental health, among many more!

The meeting point for the whole integrated care team, covering a wide range of updates and learnings for everyone working in diabetes – from primary, community and secondary care.
