Vicky Parker is the Programme Lead for the London Diabetes Clinical Network at NHS England, London Region and has been in the role since January 2017. Vicky’s career in the NHS expands over the last 13 years and has included service management and long-term condition transformation commissioning roles. Vicky’s work experience prior to the NHS has encompassed working in the private health sector leading on exercise testing and health checks for Bupa; working within the Charity sector as the Programme Lead for the Irish Health Living Centre in North London; and internationally as a Tobacco Control Project Manager in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
