Swati is the multiple long term conditions programme lead at Kidney research UK. She is a physiotherapist by background having worked in the NHS for 20 years. She was a live kidney donor to her Mum in 2011 and advocates for her dad who has multiple long term conditions including diabetes, CKD and heart failure, to navigate the challenges of an NHS system that still have siloed working. She is passionate about ensuring patient voice is part of service improvement and champions the role of the charity sector in improving patient care.
