Paris Moakes is the Diabetes Network Quality Improvement Manager for Mid and South Essex ICB and manages a portfolio of Diabetes improvement projects across the system. Paris has been supporting the NHS DPP programme since he came into post in December 2019, and since summer 2022 has been the lead ICB commissioner for the programme. Prior to this role he worked as Programme Manager for the South-West London Diabetic Eye Screening Programme for 3 years, leading the service operations and implementing performance improvements.
