With a clinical degree, a PGCert in Coaching, and 32 years’ experience leading in a range of settings, Laura is passionate about people. Spanning a breadth of roles and organisational settings, she brings experience in training and development; coupled with the compassionate leadership lens of a clinician. Supporting, and challenging people to maximise individual and collective performance is her drive. She believes in values-based leadership to enable change. Her coaching and training blend a listening style, and exquisite rapport with unerring ability to ask the right question. Working with individuals and groups strengths are pragmatic application, focused on changes people wish to make in their leadership style and focus on those who matter most - patients and people.
