Kriss Owen is a GP partner at Littlewick Medical Centre in Ilkeston and the clinical lead for diabetes for Derby and Derbyshire ICB. She is currently the clinical lead for the Derbyshire site of the NHSE low-calorie diet pilot recruiting 750 participants. She was involved in a collaboration between ABCD and PCDS producing the ABCD position statement on risk stratification of adult patients with diabetes published in the British Journal of Diabetes in June 21.
