Jane Rowney

Jane is a Nurse Consultant for Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust. She worked in specialist roles in diabetes across Sussex for the last 10 years. She lectures at both the University of Sussex and Surrey University. She has worked as an inpatient diabetes specialist nurse and Diabetes Neuropathy lead at Portsmouth Hospital where she also trained as an independent Nurse Prescriber.
She brings a wealth of experience to the table across Community and Hospital patient Diabetes Care and is passionate about providing best patient care especially for patient living with frailty and diabetes, supporting community colleagues with these complex cases.
