Ellen is currently working as a Research Assistant in the Behavioural Science team at the Diabetes Research Centre, University of Leicester, supporting interventions focused on early-onset type 2 diabetes. She is finishing her PhD at the University of Leicester, which focused on self-management support in people with multiple long-term conditions (multimorbidity).
Ellen’s current research interests include multiple long-term conditions (multimorbidity), self-management, comorbidities and early-onset Type 2 diabetes.
Ellen also has a degree in Biomedical Sciences (BSc) from the University of Manchester and a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from the University of Nottingham.
