My name is Ani Kumar and I am the programme manager for Diabetes at South Yorkshire ICB. I am a DSN by background and also a DUK clinical champion.
I lead on multiple diabetes programmes some of them includes the NHSDPP, NHST2DR and the T2Day programme. I am very passionate about improving diabetes care and always combine innovation to my passion. The improvement of referral numbers into the NDPP is a great example of creative working alongside my team.
