Dietary modifications to recipes for South Asian families with Type 2

The recipes are all quick and easy so that they can be enjoyed by busy working families, regardless of ethnicity. Azmina has written several cookbooks and she will share a handful of her tried and tested recipes through interactive cooking and chat. Savour the flavours, share your own ideas for culinary creations and you may even come on stage to do some live cooking yourself!
