How does DPC deliver a world-leading conference?

How does DPC deliver a world-leading conference?

At Diabetes Professional Care (DPC) we are proud to organise a world-leading event for everyone involved in the treatment and management of diabetes.

Our free annual two-day conference is CPD accredited and brings together leading authorities working in diabetes to discuss the latest developments associated with the condition.

We are able to put on an event of such a high calibre thanks to our incredible Steering Group which is made up of some of the best and brightest people working in diabetes in the UK.

Content Lead for Diabetes Professional Care Agnes Jacobs said: “We are incredibly fortunate to have some of the UK’s finest diabetes healthcare professionals playing an active role in our Steering Committee.

“We have consultants, diabetologists, specialist diabetes nurses, GPS, pharmacists and community nurses – they really are a fantastic cross-section of people working at the forefront of diabetes care and management.

“They play a key role in helping to put together the agenda for our national DPC conference and thanks to their input we are able to deliver an event featuring the right mix of education and training and sessions by world leading authorities on diabetes.

“We are very grateful to every single one of them.”

This year’s event will include the latest information on treatment and care of type 1 and type 2 diabetes, the role of digital technology, service innovations and tackling health inequalities.

Visitors will also be able to network with thousands of healthcare professionals and meet exhibitors showcasing the latest diabetes products and services.
