Lipid management is a cornerstone of cardiovascular risk reduction, yet services are often fragmented and under-resourced. In this session, I will share my journey of creating a pharmacist-led lipid service in secondary care — from the initial pitch and building a business case, to designing pathways, overcoming implementation hurdles, and delivering measurable patient outcomes.
