How do diabetes drugs affect retinopathy?

looking at how drugs affect retinopathy. There are 2 main drugs I was thinking of these are semaglutide and fenofibrate. Semaglutide can cause worsening of retinopathy whilst fenofibrate could be used to treatment diabetic maculopathy. I think for these you could get a good MDT discussion I would suggest you need:
