The session will first give an overview of the recently-published type 1 Outpatient Transformation Framework and the rationale for its development. It will then set out the key points and aims of the Framework, with a particular focus on pan-London equality of access to specialist care and technology.

The session will then discuss the progress made with implementation of the Framework to date, including development of a pan-London clinical risk-register template and work to identify type 1 populations within ICS’s.
