Do you care for people living with diabetes with no fixed abode (NFA)? Do you worry about the challenges, struggles and resources available for this cohort? Are you unsure of how best to manage these individuals?
This session will address this complex patient cohort and how we can best provide care irrespective of an individual's living circumstances. This session will also consider those with chaotic or changeable living circumstances, which may not traditionally be classified as NFA but still have different needs and considerations.
Linked to practical case studies, this session will discuss the current evidence and literature in this area, resources available for people living with diabetes with no fixed abode and healthcare professionals and provide practical tips you can apply in day-to-day practice.
