This session aims to look at the frameworks for competency using the new UKCPA pharmacist framework as an example.  

It looks to speak to finding comfort in role cross over but also looks to examine how professions can play to their strengths.

Approaches for a wider reach will be discussed including using matrix working, training the trainer approaches, and making use of supporting stay and lay members.

The discussion will be linked to key documents which support the development of multidisciplinary teams.
